Bought the coolpower escooter from him and immediately have problem with the battery on the second day i bought it around June and now till now scooter can't operate at all. Seller was reluctant in replying and now didn’t gave me the address of manufacturer and definitely didn’t advise me on getting a new battery (interested party can pm can ss all of our chat). Guys do not buy from him as warranty is by the manufacturer you might as well go to their website and buy it from them way cheaper

Fairing delivered was abs plastic although i requested for a fibreglass one and paid extra $80 for it. After mistake, seller refused to refund and asked me to choose other items from his listings or other listings as compensation. Trusted his positive feedbacks when purchase was made but I should not have. Fairings purchased on 17th july 2017. Received on 11th August 2017. Should take note when pre-ordering from this seller. Refund was finally made on 25th August after contacting carousell.

Great service and fantastic product! Michael is extremely professional and reliable. My friend and I bought two Speedway IV, 21Ah's and the e-scooters arrived in great condition, and we're both extremely satisfied with the quality product! Shipment took 2-3 weeks, but Michael was very accommodating, and the product was worth the wait. Would highly recommend both seller and product!
