Want to commend the Dailybasic team for the entire retail experience - Jan for responding to my queries on Carousel and Whatsapp; Mario for being willing to change days to fit my schedule to install the TV, and for his professionalism to change the bracket when he realised my wall would not be able to support the swivel. Highly recommended.

I asked about TCL and Samsung but seller is very patient to explain them to me. On day of delivery, installer for the TV swivel rack saw that we are particular about dust and asked for vacuum to help dust to a minimum. Thanks for going the extra mile! TV is good!
