the process of fixing an appt for cat flap installation was quick and fuss-free, and actual installation was speedy too. he’s also very friendly! my cat usually tries to bite/swat people away if she’s had enough of them petting her but she didn’t do that to him (which says a lot 😂). highly recommended, and thanks once again!
