I sent the item via lalamove to the buyer. The buyer was not happy due to lalamove issue. He has complaint to me and I’ve taken action to get the item delivered by lalamove. The buyer is very rude and maybe the buyer had made the lalamove rider upset ? Not sure what happened, I am in the middle of finding out now
I always try to make things easy. No bargain and Im very flexible w delivery. PosLaju and Lalamove delivery system is very different, the least the seller could do was to notify me b4hand, we could coordinate things accordingly. Even the address wasn’t properly tagged🤦🏻. It confused me and the rider. Package still missing. Call me rude or whatever,my bad. This situation could’ve been avoided if you didnt made that last minute change. Don’t like to waste my time any further, goodluck in ur life.
