You'll only truly know and understand a person's attitude when issues arise. Not only did this seller take full ownership when I encountered a problem, he also made no attempt to avoid/ dodge my queries. Questions were answered promptly without excuses and in my case, he didn't just rectify the situation but also made things right 2x over in overcompensating me for the inconvenience. Legendary!
