As communicated, item is in working condition. You bought a used item at 10% of the original price. If you want to nick-pick, then the only way is to pay full price for a new item. That will get you limited warranty with possibly return policy. Carousellers have been warned of scammers buying items on Carousell , making claims n trying to return items for refund.

Low price is an excuse to hide defects? Would you pay $50 to buy a junk? She mentioned the desk lamp is in working condition. I couldn’t test on spot as its electrical device I contacted her immediately n highlighted the defect after chk but she refused to ack the issue So I requested for return but she ignore me totally No clue how she calc 10% of the price n if anyone is interested may msg me to verify whether the lamp original price truly matches S$500 claimed by her. WHO is scammer then?
