The husband was 15 minutes late to handover, despite contacting him beforehand. made us wait, and when met did not apologize for being late or no words either. I found it unprofessional and disrespectful.

Please be advised that you committed to arranging pickup on Monday, only to subsequently cancel without prior notice. It’s disconcerting to receive a 2-star rating for arriving slightly behind the schedule, especially given the circumstances. I accommodated your change of dates previously, even providing a 5-star rating for our previous transaction.Rather than expressing gratitude for securing a fav deal, you’ve chosen to issue a negative rating. Such behaviour isn’t conducive professional deal.
