Being their very first time boarding outside, my furkids were very nervous as everything outside my house looks totally unfamiliar to them but Nor was able to ease them up soon enough and they came back looking happy 😊 Will definitely be boarding them with you again.

Put my cat in for boarding for 2 weeks and only received 2 pic and 1 vid of him for the entirety of the stay. While I have no doubts Miss Nor took care of my cat and updated me the important info (eating/drinking), I really felt she could have taken better care of my cat, when I received him, he was matted quite badly. Lack of updates was also dissappointing, only recommended for ppl on budget.

Already informed in advance to read our terms and conditions and she said she is ok abt updates either with pics or without. Your cat is only comfortable hiding in the cat’s cubicle and we don’t normally try to force the cat out just because you want her fur to be brush. Your cat hisses fm day 1 to end of boarding, but we always make sure that ample food and fresh water provided, litter box kept clean. So if you are fussy, pls don’t be cheapskate and send to budget boarding places

This is the first home boarding for our cat and we are really glad to have found Ms Hafiza! Big thanks for your professional care for Mochi for two weeks! We appreciate the message updates & photos while we're away. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their lil ones to be in comfortable homely environment and have a peace of mind! ;)
