I stated the conditions of the bag clearly in my descriptions, buyer made the payment without asking any questions with regarding the conditions and agreed to deliver by Qxpress. After receiving she said the condition is “disappointing” and asked for an exchange. Out of good will I agreed. Upon meet up she didn’t take the exchanged bag neither because “there are too many 0s in the date code”…

Hi, I did not take the exchange bag because there is threading drop off and small crack at the corner. Not due to the date code. "Viewing before buying , photos may not tell everything " this is the lesson I learned. Overall, You are a nice seller. Thanks for refund !
