Seller was prompt in replying and great in communicating however, sadly the item was not delivered despite proof of picture that the item was mailed out. We both suspect that the mail might have been lost. Perhaps, seller could put in her address as return mail in future when dealing with normal mail so that if the parcel were to be lost, at least there’s a second address/returning address.
