buyer was genuine and wanted to buy immediately on the day of inquiry. but we did not arrange to meet. then, he did not show up after we set a time and date. left him messages, and he said he was too busy and could not make time after the offer. i believe he really wanted to buy but not ready to collect. deal fell through.
