she offered and i accepted it i gave her enough time to pay but no update even if she's online

Asked her to give me time since I had flu. Just the same, I assured her that I was a serious buyer and was to pay as soon as I feel better. Following day, I paid the amount. Yet she still made such a harsh comment. Next thing I know, she could not give me the item I paid for & gave me a rag-looking shirt instead.
