Buyer insisted on using her own courier despite my note that I only ship via on-demand. I warned I’d be out by 12nn, but her rider arrived late. She ignored messages while the rider kept calling me for hours because she wouldn’t answer him or cancel the booking. Irresponsible buyer who doesn’t read descriptions or respect couriers’ time.
