Seller should have mentioned that the Gucci bag has no leather zipper pull. Instead, insisted that it was there when she sent. So it just fell off & dissappeared in the box??? What a cheat. I don’t recommend dealing with this seller. Bad experience. I asked for refund, she did not reply & changed her user name.

I sent you the proof of live photo whilst delivery. And said that I'm willing to refund if you have proof that the pull is absent when you receive it. Yet you don't even bother to prove and just ask me to refund you first. It's shown in the live photo that it works perfectly at the time of SF delivery. And I have never changed username. 在 sf 寄出時有影片影相俾你，都完全無問題，而且等你確認我先寄出。呢個情況下我都能接受運輸過程有損壞我退貨退款，但你無任何證據就直接叫我 fps 退款，試問誰會同意？？我從來無改名。本身就賣好平仲要亂 up 空手套白狼？
