very rude seller + left me a fake review

I only asked you whether it is available. I have the right to change my mind. Besides, I left HK. There was no arranged deal/meet up. Yet, you left a review that I did not show up to a f2f deal. 🙏🏻 This is against Carousell’s policy, “A complete transaction or agreement to deal between both parties must be made before leaving a review.” I didn’t want to write this review, but had no choice.

I accepted your offer and then you disappeared. That is not only against carousel policy but also against the law. I don't see how I could be rude when the only messages from me are asking where did you go and if you still want the boots.
