Unprofessional and completely uncooperative. The seller was rude. I asked for assistance and refused to accommodate a basic request. To make matters worse, they use retaliatory bad reviews to bully buyers who speak up. Save your time and money—shop elsewhere. Reporting to customer support immediately.

Great seller. Good taste in watches 👍

Seller was straight and honest in his dealing. He accepted to deal through Carousell and shipped the item as agreed and as described. I'd absolutely deal again and recommend him highly. The box could've been better protected but thankfully the courier wasn't too rough with it and everything arrived safely.
