Office chair was kinda dusty and had abit of sweat patches, condition certainly wasn’t like new but more like well used. Got a partial refund from seller.

Refunded full amount. You already accepted and paid. There was no dust because even when you wipe with a wet wipes, the cloth was still clean. The colour was due shades. For $25 you can't expect a brand new chair. So it's a matter of opinion. When I say it's as good as new.
