This was my worst experience with a buyer. She changed our first appointment on the day itself, then when we rescheduled she was 45 minutes late but didn't inform and was uncontactable for the longest time so I was basically standing around waiting with no idea what was going on. Be aware when selling to her, so you don't end up in a similar situation..
