Seller gave her explanation and I've my own experience upon receiving the product. The seal cannot be opened just to check only as it has multiple scratches on the front and back. And the cover alignment is loose. Finally, if it's open only to check, the touch on the item doesn't feel so at all as it's not glossy shine and sticky! Anyway, it's a done deal - lesson learnt to be more cautious!
