Accepted offer and agreed to meet at 10pm at a location selected by user. I gave a heads up at 930pm to tell him that I am heading to the location. At 947pm when I am near the location he said he can't make it due to urgent matter. Very disappointing.

Please do not make offer when you're not keen or not having enough money. Keep on bargaining and asked so many unrelated questions. In the end you cancel the deal after i made arrangements with my supplier. Please don't waste people's time. Hope this will not happen again to anyone else.
