The listing mentioned that the case is brand new. Brand new to any ordinary person means either unopened or unused. The box has signs of wear and tear. The case is used with scratches and marks on the case. Although seller was kind and responsive, it can’t cover the fact that it was false advertising

Seller was unreasonable, would not recommend. Don’t buy from him, you’re just wasting your time.

Also , you had checked the case when we met you could have declined then and there. Nevertheless,I am happy to give you a refund if you’re not happy with the case.
