Sorry meet seller*, I’m the buyer. But she indicated brand new condition in listing, but allowed nego due to the “current condition” in the review she had left me. She could have just informed me when she was packing that she had noticed some scratches and I’ll be fine since it was informed beforehand. But no, it’s “brand new” cause not used but the condition isn’t “brand new”. Just disappointed.
