Buyer requested for cash on pick up in his local LBC branch but did not follow through. He paid for the (minimal) downpayment but did not pick up the package which stayed in LBC for more than a week. He is not answering messages in Carousel, text and does not pick up when i call him. Please be careful when doing transactions with this buyer.
