Cleaning specialist Thai Guan came and I really want to commend him for his excellent service and doing a wonderful job. From the start to end was almost four hours and he was so hardworking the entire time, he barely even took a break. He was also very polite and paid attention to everything I requested and readily assisted in doing his best to improve the dirt and marks on my floors. Recommend!

Due to some defects, my house had to go through rectification after moving in. The team had helped me to move things from the rooms to clean the rooms. Later, moving items from the kitchen to cover the whole area, with approval. After cleaning, the team showed me how much trapped dust particles can still be extracted from the floor tiles. Thank you for the cleaning service and friendly staffs.

Terrible experience. They ask for a 350 dollar deposit on spot for booking a time slot. Only after the billing. they send a non refundable disclaimer. Only on actual day, they claim their machinery doesn't preform well on said flooring. (photo confirmation was sent to ensure prior to booking.) They got cheek to ask for 120 dollar transport fee than they will do a refund and cancel the cleaning.

Very accommodating. Scheduled to arrive as early as 6am to do cleaning. Missed their calls but they patiently waited. My ID contractor didn’t do a good job at cleaning the floor and cement stains but BIGA managed to get the job done. Floor looks shiny. 👍 Recommended.
