Could have better communication. Unfortunate that we had to give each other a one star.

How appalling one can be? A deal was made, offer was accepted, arrangements were made to receive the bottle, and this dishonest seller has the audacity to shift the buck to poor communication? The only reason is the agreed offer was $588 but the seller found another buyer at $688. Spent Sunday morning waiting without hearing from this seller, all he had to do is to man up and acknowledge his role in this fiasco. Just my luck. Have the screenshots of the convo to back up my claims.
