quick to make offer but didn't follow through when offer received. no reply and no courtesy text to inform to cancel offer. wasting people's precious time. it seems that this is not the first time buyer doing this hence compelled me to give similar poor rating.

Definitely not the best buyer to deal with. Confirmed and suddenly just MIA. Don’t have the courtesy to update for cancellation. Only get to know changed of mind after chasing for many times.
