As mentioned before, I have checked the item was working before delivery. When I found out the perfume was not spraying, I tried to finds ways that could hopefully fix it. I offered for us to meet up in person so I could take a look and refund if I was unable to. We were unable to compromise on a meeting place, you wanted the MRT closest to you while I suggested the MRT that's a midpoint for both of us Meeting in person was the best method so both of us don't worry about the other

Friendly and polite buyer. She informed me in advance when there was a slight change in timing, and was very apologetic about it even tho it's due to unforeseen circumstances and was honestly ok with me. Thank you for the smooth transaction!
