Worst experience on carousell ever. She didnt wrap the item properly and when the item rched me damaged, she said that she wasnt responsible for it. Offered half refund but why shud i pay for her mistake? Still gave me a negative feedbak when all i did was to ask for a refund that i deserved. Only asked for negative feedback to b taken down cos i dont feel that i deserve it and imo she gave me a negative feedback cos of the refund. Dont blame it on me and insult me bcos of ur own mistakes.

I refunded full amount to you straight away and left a negative feedback based on the whole exp dealing with you. After seeing the feedback you requested me to take it down and wanted to return me 50% of the refund. I rejected it. Says a lot about you and if ppl can pay for negative feedback to be removed, what's the point of the feedback?
