i already bought from this shop before so i trust that the shopping experience would be the same (smooth & quick) but they took so long to respond and ship out. i would understand if it would take a while because of the holidays, but they weren't responding to my messages. given that i already paid, i was scared that i was getting scammed. but thankfully they pulled through and gave freebies too ❤️

Second time buyer. I paid for multiple items last week but the seller hasn’t updated me on the status of my orders. It’s been 8 days since I paid for them. Seller’s after-sales service needs a lot of improvement as expressed in the reviews of others. Same experience as the first time but it didn’t take this long, so I assumed it was a one-time thing. I requested a refund, no response.

Update as of Dec 23: NO RESPONSE, NO UPDATE, NO REFUND since I purchased three items last December 3. As a repeat buyer, I’m extremely disappointed. While it’s a relief that my total purchase was only worth Php 600+, seller has clearly exhibited untrustworthy behavior. May this be a warning to other buyers.

for clarification, I SHIPPED THE ITEMS but did shipped it out so late due to some unforeseen circumstances. Did not scammed her hence no refund. Still, sorry for the inconvenience.

The bag looks great and is true to how it was listed, however the seller does take time to respond to my follow ups on the delivery which I hoped was answered sooner but I do understand as they clarified to have been affected by the recent floods! It arrived 16 days after buying it and 7 days after being shipped, otherwise I have no complaints and I'm satisfied with my transaction.
