I have asked but buyer Did not mention the scratches on the monitor and the damage of the Charging core. How disappointing

Buyer first said they would do a refund but changed his mind, it is not lightly used and buyer failed to mentioned the scratches and the problem with the charger. He mentioned he never used but it’s cleared that it’s been used

I’m sorry to hear the disappointment with the item. The monitor was listed and photographed as lightly used/pre-owned with visible signs of use, including light surface scratches (as shown in multiple listing photos). The charger was fully functional and tested before shipping. If the buyer would like a perfect one, you better buy a brand new one. The listed price was already slightly lower the comparable ones in this platform.
