Seller sold me a faulty Oral-B D100 toothbrush that could only run for 20 seconds after charging 12 hours. I asked seller for refund, but seller said I might not have charged it correctly. I've been using Oral-B toothbrush for 30 years. The packing had been opened before it was sold to me. Seller claims that she had never touched the contents, but the fact remains that she sold me a faulty goods
