Fast and decisive
Gave 4 stars because of the meet up logistics. I immediately accepted her lower offer of $100 for a $299 item, but the scheduling require too much back and forth. Even after everything was locked in, she needed constant re-confirmation and changed from Central to Admiralty no notice. It only worked out because I happened to be on my way to Chai Wan, but it was still an inconvenience.
