收到貨發現Fresh Rose mask 稀到似水仲有一舊舊好似啫喱物體既啡色野，賣家聲稱已跟Fresh 專櫃溝通說是正常現象可使用。但我已再三說明跟之前用過的完全不同，有要求要收據自行跟Fresh 溝通，但從此無任何回覆，用係塊面既係咪應該交代清楚？用左爛面你負責？一次不愉快的交易！你話fresh覆你係正常，有冇證據?邊間鋪邊個人覆你？都係果句所有野都係你講，真定假冇人知，係咪？問你拎證據你就潛水唔覆，話我扭曲事實，事實係點我諗得你知！補充返個mask出面張貼紙明顯係開過再貼返，原裝全新唔係咁！你話冇用過，我唔知你真係有冇用過，但事實係被開過囉，不是全新！同埋想講慶幸你雖然刪左個post ,但好在大家都仲睇到d comments , 行得正企得正點解要咁鬼鼠deleted 野？你真係好唔誠實！ Discount 係你情我願既情況下，我提出你都要接受先交易到！但唔係平左俾我quality有問題我就要接受？你search下尼個價我一樣都可以同其他人買到。我岩都打左去沙田fresh 問佢地覆係唔會有尼d問題！

Please don't twist the situation. I checked with Fresh with my receipt, they said that batch of the products are safe and ok to use. They questioned why I said the product is not ok. It's unopened new product, the way you put it is very horrible. I reported to admin., it is better to sort out properly. I sold authentic products on this platform for a while. Bc of your request, I went to Fresh to follow up. You asked for discount, I gave you. I asked for follow up and I did.
