Item much thinner than normal item in hardware store. Convinced me to take item by mail without viewing. Now when I wished to return by mail (postage paid by me), seller refused to accept return. Nowhere in seller’s listing it has any mention that seller will not accept returns. Buyers, stay away from this seller !!

Dear buyer, the opt of using mail was offered cos we are too far from each other. I did not convince u. U decided to take up normal mail (60c) cos of convenient. The item listed is brand new in original packaging. Yr definition of thin or thick is subjective. I hv shown all the pics in my listing. Now that u hv rec’d & opened it. If I accept yr rtn, I cannot sell this as brand new anymore. This is not fair to me either. If u have concerns for such, you should just buy from the hardware store.
