Very dishonest seller. Description wrote product has no issues, but when i checked the product at home, it clearly has defects. Steriliser lid can’t even be closed properly, which beats the whole purpose of sterilisation. I have informed seller about it and she just last seen me. Extremely dishonest. Deal at your own risk.

This buyer have a very unreasonable expectation on a platform like Carousell. She asked for a refund at 4:08pm and when I wasn’t able to reply immediately, used rude words on me in private and w this review at 4:15pm. I’m no full time seller and only responds at a convenient timing. Her issue with the item was a small thing, and wasn’t a known issue. Upon review, it can even be seen in the photos in the listing as well, so there was no ill intention of deception. Be careful dealing w her!
