Buyer asked for a big discount since she’s on a budget and agreed to it. Also, informed her that the bag was only given to me as a gift and gave her dimensions based on the website but assured her that the size runs small to semi med and she still proceeds to seal the deal. However, upon receiving the item she complained and even requested for a refund which is basically asking the bag for free.
The difference in size was not just a few centimeters you said po sa chat natin na 34 x 21 x 18.5 cm . When it came at sinukat ko 21 x 18 x9 cm po sya Alam ko naman po na it was a mistake pero ang laki lang talaga po ng diff Wala rin naman issue kung bigay po ng tita nyo or kung di auth kipling gusto ko lang po sana sya magamit sa school na paglalagyan sana ng tablet ko D ko po sya magagamit for the purpose i bought it for kaya i was hoping to be compensated po at least a portion of what i paid
