Made an offer, accepted, asked a few hours before his intended meet up if to do so, unfortunately I was not able to, told him, he never followed through, never responded. Perhaps a new user who doesn't understand how things work around here? No excuse for the lack of basic courtesy of informing the seller that he isn't interested anymore though.
