Same as all the bad reviews here, sent offer and MIA, no sincerity and responsibility for his own words, maybe measure yourself before sending offer that you cant afford

Full of empty promises. Gave me almost three weeks of promising to transfer or pickup, most of the time ignoring my messages and not answering my calls. Please beware of this buyer. He seems sincere, but he’s really not.
