hesitant on cod didnt want to do, is even more safer still. rude pa ung seller.
To clarify We both didn't agree on method of payment. You keep forcing COD. That's it really. In terms of rudeness. Neither of my actions as "rude". Except the buyer keeps replying at the end. Not very surprising coming from a 16 year old.
