How am I an ungracious and petty buyer when you sell me goods that are old and stained? I told you the exchanged item still looks bad, you told me SORRY ABT IT, QUALITY IS AS SUPPLIED... You as seller and if you want all good reviews then you should offer the exchange or refund, not after I give you a negative review then you ask me to retract it and offered a refund. It is not about SORRY WE DID NOT KNOW YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND. Thanks for this Below The Belt twisted review and DISHONESTY
