Stubborn and uncooperative seller. I explained that I was traveling from far and requested to meet at his nearest MRT station, but he insisted on me coming directly to his block. If you want to sell a product, be considerate toward buyers—it’s only fair. Giving excuses like a family gathering and saying the price will increase if we meet tomorrow, as if he’s selling gold- unreasonable. Grow up bro

He mentioned he had a family gathering on that particular day but said he could meet at the MRT station the next day. However, he still refuses to do so when he actually can. If you genuinely want to sell your product, you should also be fair to the buyer. If I can travel a long distance to your nearest MRT, the least you can do is make some effort to meet there.
