buyer is decisive and prompt in responding. smooth transaction overall and highly recommended to deal with.
The changing table was sold at an extremely low negotiated price. The item was collected via Lalamove. After receipt, the buyer began raising complaints while still having an outstanding balance to pay and refused to complete the payment unless an additional discount was granted. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend dealing with this buyer.
I’d like to clarify that the item was not accurately represented. The wood arrived chipped and in much poorer condition than expected, so I raised my concerns respectfully and waited for a fair resolution. Instead, I felt the seller delayed and stalled the discussion. As a pregnant woman, I hoped for a smooth and pleasant transaction, but felt pressured throughout. In the end, only a $5 discount was offered despite the condition issues raised.

The desk has a broken drawer. It wasn’t mentioned in the description at all. The drawers were TAPED up by the seller before I collected so that the drawers will not fall off during transportation. I believe the seller meant well. But clearly there was it is a broken drawer! Yet the seller refused to address the matter!

As mentioned before, the drawers were fine and working. I taped the drawers so it wouldn’t fall out during transportation. We asked you twice to see if everything was okay before you left, my partner even offered to help. I already added to the listing that there were a few scratches and IF I knew about the crack I would have mentioned it as well but it was fine when I sold it. You even received a discount from the table. The drawer must have cracked when you were transporting it to your car.
