The fact that you apologised suggests that you knew you weren’t being accountable for letting me know you want to change the delivery time just 3 hrs before the agreed deal time at 1pm. I took leave to come home so that I can see that the delivery gets through. Really puzzled why you can feel perfectly entitled and name called on this platform when you are the one that retracted on what is agreed in good faith. This unpleasant experience and ONLY negative review makes me question Carousell too
