I have dealt with a lot of merchants on Carousell and I have to say this experience with Yung at Elevate Lifestyle Solutions has been one of the best. He took so much time to describe the offer and the product, and them when I went to pick up, he spent another 30 minutes helping to set up the chair and showing me how to operate the chair. I am so happy with this purchase. Reccomended to all!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Yong. Visited his showroom and Yong was extremely patient and helped configured all the chairs to my build and height. He wasn't sales-y or pushy at all and told me to take my time in choosing the chairs, answering any and every questions I had.

Guys, Yung isn’t just any seller and You’re not just gonna buy a brand new HM at the best price possible, you gonna have a delightful experience with one of kindest person ever. On top of that the delivery couldn’t be any smoother. Less than 24h!!!! Thanks a million 🙏🏽

Yong was patient/ detailed throughout the whole process. I was in the market for ergo chairs, stumbled upon his listing and arranged a physical viewing. No doubt the chairs he listed are solid products, but his guidance and knowledge about the products made a big difference in my purchase decision for the right chair - HM Aeron. Anyone in the market for quality chairs, I highly recommend Yong.
