Buyer did not ask any questions about the item before purchasing and only focused on haggling the price. After careful consideration of his request after purchase, a partial refund was offered but buyer was unreasonable in his demands and did not reach a middle ground compromise.

The seller advertised four stools as "lightly used" with no defects disclosed. What I received was shocking: 3 stools arrived broken or dangerously wobbly. I suggested a full refund with return shipping covered - which would still leave me paying the original delivery costs. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller completely disappeared. I even offered to cover the return shipping. The proposal was apparently deemed "unreasonable". Dishonest with some twisted form of self-righteousness
