Seller gave me a discount bc the brush might not be new. I gave her $2 for the postage and warned her that Singpost requires $2 stamp or they might reject the delivery. Seller put an 80cents stamp instead and Singpost rejected and returned the package. So I finally received the item after she mailed it again with the $2 stamp. She was honest but it was a stressful transaction.

Seller gave me 4 stars when it was entirely her fault that Singpost rejected and returned the package to her. After I already gave her $2 for postage and told her Singpost might reject it if below $2. I am revising my review to 4 stars because it is shameful behaviour on her part and the whole transaction caused me a lot of stress.

It was a miss on my side on the postage, it was not intentiomal. please note that it was a busy period for me during Christmas.i did make 2 trips to post office to correct this. Plus I bubble wrap the brush to ensure that you receive it in good condition. Apologies that mailing cause u stress and I have updated the rating. But as a seller I own the accountability of ensuring the pdts reach u in good condition. Hope you enjoy the pdt. Thanks.
