Unable to commit to a definite date and time for meeting up to collect the item. Slow to respond. Wishy washy about meeting place and meeting time/date. Even when given an alternative option for collecting the goods/payment (I offered to send the item on registered mail (extra charge of SGD5) to her address with her making the payment by Paynow), she did not want the option.
