A deal complicated by damage by courier. Buyer requested for a refund, though did mention damage probably by courier. Perhaps there is a better recourse for buyer when damage is by courier and not by poor packing by seller or seller's fault. It was a bit of a hassle for me as seller to justify to be paid in full.
Thank you for the feedback, however you do have to understand that the package came damaged and I still had to pay for it. I even mentioned it wasn’t your fault, though you could have packaged it better.
