Have apologise to her that I overlooked the product was not BNWT . she asked for discount and told her best price it’s $30 not $30 mailed . Despite , she transferred me the $30 already and being nice I did ask her to cover the tacked mailing. Have told her that I have absorbed the original mailing fee out of goodwill . Inconsiderate buyer that she expect me to pay for the return postage too.

1. I did not ask for a discount, she proposed it. I asked for a refund the moment i received it WITHOUT tag as confirmed. 2. When u ask for $28 mailed and she replies saying her best price is $30, do u think $30 is inclusive of mailing? She proceeds to accept the $30 offer on Carousell, and now claims the mailing is out of goodwill. You bear the return postage eventually, for a mistake on her part.
