Great communication

Communication was stellar from start to finish. The seller was incredibly responsive, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions about the DAC promptly and provided extra photos and details without me even needing to ask twice. This clear, frequent, and proactive communication made me feel completely confident in the purchase.

Thanks for the quick deal! Enjoy the headphone!

He tested the headphone before leaving and later claimed that there is an issue at high volume and asked for a refund. When I refused he accused me of being a dishonest seller. Be careful dealing with him!

You are certainly disingenuous and intent on cheating people. You knew beforehand that the product is not functioning at higher volumes and chose to hide the fact, only letting me test it at low volumes. My trust is misplaced, i should be more careful in dealing with cheaters!
